We are about base constitutionalism. The Federal Government shall only have the powers granted to it by the people. The States have all powers not removed by the people. We believe the Federal Government and agencies abuse the the constitution in 2 simple ways. They pass laws and rules that will take years to work through the court system and too few can afford to fight. Second, by passing burdens to the State level who pass on-wards to the the people. The goal of this site is create petitions to take back the power that was stolen from "We the People."
